That's why we're looking for a Store Manager (full-time) for our new store in Cork. The doors open at the end of November, and you can be there from day one.
What our Store Managers do:
* Lead with energy and purpose – Drive sales, motivate your team, and create a positive in-store atmosphere.
* Recruit, onboard, and train – Build a skilled, confident team with strong optical knowledge and great customer care.
* Drive performance – Track KPIs and support the team in reaching sales and satisfaction goals, working closely with HQ as one unified team.
* Manage daily operations – Handle scheduling, inventory, and ensure efficient workflows.
* Deliver standout service – Guide customers through every step of the eye test journey with care and expertise.
* Apply your optical skills – Help customers choose the right frames and lenses, and carry out precise adjustments and lens cutting.
Good to know:
No background in optics? That's okay – what matters most is your ability to lead, motivate, and deliver top-notch service.
No uniform:
Wear whatever makes you feel good – no company dress code here.
