What You'll Do:
Prospect, qualify, and book meetings with industrial clients
Lead client engagements, negotiate terms, and close deals
Manage accounts using a "land & expand" approach
Build long-term relationships with manufacturing, engineering, and industrial clients
Participate in a structured Business Development training program
Achieve and exceed business development targets
