Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting our enterprise search platform. This includes developing an Enterprise Search solution using Elasticsearch / OpenSearch to support fast, relevant, and secure enterprise-level queries. You will also integrate diverse data sources, optimize relevance and performance, and ensure high availability and observability.

3. Optimizing relevance scoring, query execution, and index structures
4. Ensuring high availability and observability through monitoring, alerting, and failover strategies
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and intelligent search experiences

Requirements
">
To succeed in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience working with Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, or Lucene-based search technologies. You should have a deep understanding of indexing strategies, query DSL, relevance tuning, and distributed search architecture. Additionally, you should have experience working with relational databases (MySQL) and SQL, as well as advanced background in backend development (PHP/Laravel would be advantageous). Familiarity with security models for enterprise search, including role-based access control and index-level permissions, is also essential.
