Part-Time Office Manager / PA Role (4 Days, Dublin 2 - Onsite)
Are you looking for a permanent, 4-day-a-week role where your Office Management and PA skills can shine? Our client in Dublin 2 is hiring a dedicated Office Manager / PA for a fully onsite position (Monday-Thursday, 30 hours).
Salary: €44,000 - €55,000 Pro Rata
In this key role, you'll be:
- Partnering with senior management as their PA.
- Ensuring seamless office administration for all teams.
- Taking ownership of facilities management, health & safety, and building systems.
- Managing office resources and IT coordination.
- Orchestrating successful events, projects, and meetings.
- Supporting HR functions with new starters and leavers.
- Preparing crucial meeting documents and taking accurate minutes.
- Maintaining organized files and managing mail.
- Handling credit card and basic account reconciliation.
- Contributing to the annual audit process.
- Supporting the overall efficient running of the office through various tasks.
We're looking for someone with:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager 2-3 years (preferably in a smaller setting).
- Strong PA/EA abilities with senior-level support experience.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Proven experience in event coordination.
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping/accounting.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.
