About This Role:
We are seeking a skilled Fermentation Specialist to join our R&D team.
In this role, you will be responsible for producing bacterial products at both lab and industrial scales.
You will work closely with the Fermentation Team to prepare media, operate fermenters, and maintain cleanliness of the fermentation facility.
The ideal candidate will have a background in food manufacturing, dairy, or brewing, and possess basic computer literacy skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare media and operate fermenters, including small and large-scale setups.
* Run essential equipment such as boilers, compressors, centrifuges, and freeze dryers.
* Perform milling and packing of freeze-dried products.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum Level 5 qualification and strong analytical skills.
