Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, you will play a key leadership role within the hotel's executive team, overseeing the full finance function and ensuring the highest standards of financial management and governance are maintained. Key Responsibilities for this role include leading and manage the hotel's finance team, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timeliness across all financial operations. The ability to deliver comprehensive monthly management accounts, forecasts, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and overseeing the annual budgeting and capital planning processes, working closely with department heads and senior leadership is a must. The Ideal Candidate will be fully, or part ACCA qualified and have previous experience within the hospitality sector.
