* Maintain safety procedures, monitor quality control, and track manpower levels for sub-contractors.
* Coordinate equipment usage and facilitate weekly meetings with stakeholders.
Key Qualifications:
* Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
* 4+ years of experience in the construction industry, with commercial and/or residential experience.
* Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
