Job Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain supply plans aligned with production forecasts and customer demand.
* Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to gather accurate inputs for demand forecasts and production schedules.
* Formalize and document existing demand planning processes to ensure consistency.
* Perform analysis & reporting using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Portals, ERP & MRP systems.
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages or excess.
* Resolve conflicts between supply constraints and customer expectations through proactive communication and planning.
* Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow.
* Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks and risks.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes and systems.
* Prepare and present MP&L KPI's and reports to stakeholders.
