Job Title: Senior Skincare Sales Advisor
We are seeking an experienced Senior Skincare Sales Advisor to join our team in Dublin Airport. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the luxury skincare industry, with excellent product knowledge and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
* Develop close relationships with Store Management and Buying teams
* Provide exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships
* Assist with merchandising and management of stock levels
* Monitor inventory levels to ensure accurate stock and testers
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years experience working in a retail environment, ideally in travel retail
* Demonstrated sales ability and excellent communication skills
* Impeccable grooming standards and flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays
* Ability to complete an 8-week background check and obtain badge
