Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general administrative support to operations, sales, and senior management teams.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. They will also possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing general administration support to operations, sales, and senior management teams
* Interacting with clients, insurance brokers, and accountants in a professional manner
* Participating in additional projects as required
* Effective email management ensuring items are actioned promptly
* Answering telephone calls and responding appropriately
* Compliance with all relevant legislation relating to data protection and confidentiality of information
* Participating fully in training to allow understanding and progression through all operations processes
Preferred criteria include:
* IT literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Office packages
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to take instructions and participate in any required ad-hoc projects
* Excellent time-management and organisational skills
* Able to work within a team as well as own initiative
