Monagahan H18 YY33 Pay Terms Wages are paid on a weekly basis Duties Include Ensure packs are boxed quickly and correctly.
E.g.
bar code and box are correct for product.
Switch off machine when printer lights flash and inform Supervisor/Manager.
Check dates on eggs and packs to make sure they correspond.
Place label on pallets of shrink/wrap.
Keep overflow lane cleared.
To help out at lanes that are under pressure To keep around boxtaper clear and put full pallets of shrink-wrap out in despatch as soon as possible.
To ensure that breakages are cleaned.
To keep pans and areas at back of grader clean.
Keep rubbish and cardboard under control.
Put a dated Seconds label onto seconds pallet and remove out to correct area (if not busy).
Desirable Skills & Experience Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to take direction Ability to work well in a team Ability to challenge others in a professional and constructive manner Knowledge and experience in a food manufacturing environment an advantage, but not essential Have a 'can do' attitude.

General Operative employees are required to work Saturdays from 8am-4:15pm in rotation with the other grader staff (generally one Saturday each month)In busier seasons, Sunday work may also become available.
