As part of a planned leadership succession, Prosper Group is seeking to appoint a Deputy CEO to join its Executive Team. The Board of Directors has approved the establishment of this role as a permanent position within the organisation's Executive function. Given the seniority of the role, significant senior leadership experience is an essential requirement.
The Deputy CEO will hold the second most senior position in the organisation and act as the primary support to the CEO in driving the performance of the Company.
The Deputy CEO will be responsible for translating the Board of Directors and CEO's strategic vision into actionable targets and plans, and for ensuring their delivery and dealing with high level corporate issues as they arise. As a senior leader in the Company, the Deputy CEO will drive the Company's positive culture and ensure its consistency across the organisation. The Deputy CEO will provide leadership to the Senior Management Team.
The Deputy CEO will report directly to the CEO and will support the delivery of the following key areas:
Strategic Leadership
Senior Management Oversight
Budget Oversight and Securing Funding
Governance and Board relations
External Representation & Advocacy
Organisation Culture & Ethics
Risk Management
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Level 8 or higher qualification in social care, disability, health, management, business, HR, finance or any other related discipline
Postgraduate qualification in leadership, public administration or related area desirable but not strictly required if equivalent senior leadership experience can be demonstrated
Significant relevant experience in senior leadership or management role in social care, disability, corporate governance or related non‑for‑profit sectors
Proven ability of leading people and culture, working with funders and regulators, strategic decision making, influencing budgets and resources

This role will be based in Skerries but will include travel to all services across Prosper Meath and Prosper Fingal.
