We're now looking for Education Project Managers to help us deliver ambitious, purpose-led programmes in the education space.

Who We're Looking For
You're a problem-solver with a sharp eye for detail and a calm head under pressure. You thrive in dynamic environments, like agencies or education projects, and you enjoy juggling timelines, people and ideas.
Essentials:
* 2+ years' experience in project management or account/client services
* Strong organisational and admin skills — you love a good spreadsheet
* Comfortable liaising with clients, schools, stakeholders and suppliers
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Self-motivated, reliable, and solutions-focused
* Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
Bonus Points For:
* Experience in an agency or education-related organisation
* Background in education, communications or psychology
* Social/digital media skills
* Familiarity with the Irish education system (primary or post-primary)
What You'll Be Working On
You'll manage a range of national education programmes – from healthy lifestyle campaigns to environmental awareness and business education. These projects reach thousands of schools, and your role is to make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day delivery of education campaigns and programmes
* Coordinate with teachers, facilitators, clients and team members
* Oversee budgets, timelines, communications and deliverables
* Collaborate with internal teams (design, events, content, logistics)
* Develop and adapt educational materials and workshop content
* Support outreach and engagement campaigns – email, print, social
* Track data, feedback and performance for reporting and evaluation
* Prepare for and attend school events and workshops (in-person/virtual)
* Support and guide junior team members where applicable
* Help build new ideas, proposals and partnerships

* Contract: Fixed-term, 12 months
* Location: 94 Baggot Street Lower, Dublin 2 (hybrid)
* Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
* Right to Work: Must be eligible to live and work in Ireland
