About the Role
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, ETF Product to join our Fund and Investor Solutions team, located in Dublin.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop new and enhanced ETF product services.
Apply a client-focused, strategic mindset to identify innovation opportunities.
Develop business cases to support investment decisions and product enhancements.
Translate complex business and operational requirements into clear system designs and solutions.
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to deliver complex system enhancements.
Partner with Service and Operations Management to analyse workforce deployment, process overlaps and gaps, productivity and efficiency metrics.
Identify measurement gaps and design suitable metrics and methodologies.
Partner with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal throughout the product development lifecycle.
Use delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence to track risks, issues, dependencies, and progress.
Qualifications
Business Analysis or Systems Analysis experience within enterprise environments.
Prior exposure to ETF servicing or asset servicing operations is strongly preferred.
Background in Custody, Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Derivatives or related operational functions.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Familiarity with API integrations and system connectivity concepts.
Strong data skills, including data management and aggregation, analytical reporting and visualisation.
Tools and technologies: VBA, SQL, API connectivity, Excel and PowerPoint (advanced), PowerBI or similar visualisation tools (desirable).
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to articulate product strategy, roadmaps, and vision to senior stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
