Location: Dublin (Hybrid)
As an ICT Programme Manager, you’ll take ownership of key ICT initiatives and business-as-usual operations, working closely with multiple managed service providers and technology partners. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive large-scale ICT programmes that support the delivery of reliable, high-quality technology services to both internal and external stakeholders across a complex and evolving environment. You will play a central role in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of ICT systems, while supporting the organisation’s strategic goals for digital transformation and service excellence.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead and manage a portfolio of ICT projects and service programmes, ensuring delivery to scope, time, and quality standards.
* Oversee multiple vendors and managed service providers, holding them accountable to contractual SLAs and performance metrics.
* Monitor and report on vendor performance, financials, budgets, and security posture, ensuring transparency and compliance.
* Work closely with business stakeholders, transport operators, and public partners to deliver ICT services that meet operational and strategic needs.
* Manage ICT system changes, business continuity, and disaster recovery testing in line with organisational policy.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, ICT policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and best practice.
* Support ICT infrastructure planning, lifecycle management, and roadmap development to future-proof services.
* Contribute to procurement and contract activities, ensuring value for money and service quality.
What You Bring:
* Proven experience managing complex ICT environments and multi-vendor relationships.
* Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Microsoft technologies (Server, SQL, Dynamics, M365, Intune), networking (Cisco, Fortinet, LAN/WAN), and virtualisation (VMWare, Citrix).
* Demonstrated success in managing budgets, vendor performance, and service delivery outcomes.
* Excellent understanding of IT service management (ITIL), governance, and security frameworks.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
* Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.
