Accounts Payable Specialist Role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team based at Dublin Airport. This is a full-time, permanent role within a close-knit organisation known for collaboration and clear communication.
The Role Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier accounts. The position offers exposure to a high-volume environment with opportunities to contribute to process improvement and system optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process and validate supplier invoices and credit notes accurately on time.
You will have 1-2 years experience in an Accounts Payable role which is essential Comfortable working independently managing deadlines taking ownership deliverables Strong communication interpersonal skills professional approach supplier queries Well-developed problem-solving analytical abilities Aviation transport sector experience beneficial though not essential
