This is a permanent, hybrid opportunity for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join a European Customer Services team, acting as a key point of contact for customers and distributors across Europe.
RESPONSIBILITIES Act as the first point of contact for customers and key distributors across Europe Process customer orders accurately via the CRM system (email, phone, fax, and online) Proactively communicate with customers on order status, queries, and updates Review and manage open customer orders on a daily basis Investigate and resolve order processing issues, working cross-functionally where required Handle email, fax, and telephone enquiries related to pricing, inventory, delivery, and general queries Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate data within SAP and other systems Maintain and update customer account information and communicate changes to the sales team Stay informed on products, inventory levels, promotions, and special requirements Escalate issues and potential risks to the Customer Services Team Lead Support continuous improvement initiatives and share ideas across the team Liaise with warehouse and supply chain teams regarding inventory and escalations Prepare customer and internal reports as required Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Comply with Quality Management System (QMS), ISO, FDA, and other regulatory requirements Carry out all duties in line with company policies and procedures Demonstrate professional behavior at all times Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned.
