Overview
EY is expanding its Technology Consulting practice.
We are seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to oversee payment and card system projects.
Responsibilities
Lead the technical delivery of payment/cards projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, engineering and test leads.
Ensure completion of activities, tasks and deliverables in the requirement analysis and mapping stage.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans; track progress and manage changes in scope, schedule and cost.
Oversee development and testing of payment systems.
Stay abreast of payment industry trends to drive innovation.
Mentor and support team members, fostering continuous learning.
Qualifications
8+ years of technical project management experience in payments and/or cards systems.
Strong stakeholder management experience.
Experience with IT Software Development Lifecycle methodologies (SDLC) including Waterfall & Agile.
Build and manage relationships across business and technology stakeholders.
Strong understanding of payment processing systems, architecture and industry regulations.
Good understanding of European payments schemes such as SEPA.
Track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience delivering business value from technology and communicating it to senior stakeholders.
Experience in banks across multiple product domains (Retail, Corporate, SME, Treasury).
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
Self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.
Strong academic record; third-level degree in IT or relevant field.
