Finance and Administration Support Role
This organisation are seeking a Finance and Administration Support professional to join the team for an initial 9-month contract, with a view to permanency. The role is based in Clonee, very close to the Dublin 15 border and offers hybrid work once settled in.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and take ownership of company banking
* Prepare and submit VAT and other tax returns
* Process invoices and manage reconciliations
* Assist with accounts receivable and billing
* Manage meeting notes and diaries
* Provide administrative support with office tasks and filing
Requirements:
* 3+ Years' experience working in a similar finance and administration role
* Exposure to office and diary management
* Strong knowledge of financial processes, including banking and taxation
* Ability to work well on your own initiative, prioritise tasks and communicate effectively
* Other EU language an advantage but not required.
* Experience working with ERP systems and working knowledge of Excel an advantage.
