Our client, a global and innovative social media company, is recruiting for an SMB Marketing Coordinator to support new business growth and customer advocacy initiatives across EMEA.
This role sits within a fast-paced marketing environment and focuses on creating high-impact content that helps small and medium-sized businesses understand, adopt, and succeed with advertising products.
Responsibilities:
* Own and execute content strategies that support SMB advertiser acquisition, adoption, and advocacy across priority EMEA markets
* Develop and maintain a wide range of marketing and sales enablement assets, including:
* Email campaigns and nurture sequences
* Case studies and customer success stories
* Sales decks, one-pagers, playbooks, and toolkits
* Translate complex advertising and product concepts into clear, actionable messaging for SMB audiences
* Manage customer advocacy projects end-to-end, including story development and coordination with internal stakeholders and approval workflows
* Manage external vendors, agencies, or freelance partners to deliver high-quality creative assets on time and to brief
* Analyse performance metrics and insights to continuously optimise content effectiveness
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and external partners, to deliver projects on time and to a high standard
* Operate independently in an evolving environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Required skills/qualifications:
* 4+ years' experience in B2B, SMB, content marketing, or product marketing, ideally within digital advertising, SaaS, or technology-driven environments
* Strong experience producing content that supports new business acquisition, product adoption, or customer engagement
* Excellent written communication and storytelling skills in English
* Proven ability to create sales enablement materials for self-serve or performance-based advertising products
* Experience using data, insights, and performance metrics to inform content decisions
* Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Preferred skills/qualifications:
* Experience working with digital advertising platforms or performance marketing products
* Exposure to multi-market or EMEA-focused marketing initiatives
* Additional European language capabilities
