Legal PA | 45-50 K | Dublin City Centre | Hybrid My client who is based in D2 are currently looking for a Legal (PA) to assist in supporting Partners.
The role will consist of Legal PA duties and would suit someone from a medium to large law firm background, with 3+ years experience.
My client is offering Hybrid Working (4 days on-site/1 at home).
The role The role is versatile and requires a proactive individual with a flexible approach, excellent attention to detail, an ability to build strong relationships and to remain calm under pressure.
The individual will have previous experience in a similar administrative role, demonstrating their flexibility to manage an ever-changing working environment.
What you'll do Producing and amending high quality documentation from digital dictation and handwritten drafts following House Style Managing emails, calendars, and contacts.
Taking ownership of billing processes.
Accurately managing all filing, including e filing Diary /Travel management General administration including printing, posting, photocopying & scanning Entering and reporting on Business Development data in our Interaction CRM system Compiling Business Development documentation for new client meetings (e.g.,research, client bios and company information) About you In line with our competency framework, the successful candidate will have: Previous experience working in in a secretarial or PA function within the legal sector is desirable.
Experience of working across practice areas within the legal sector such as, commercial, litigation, corporate, employment etc.
A 'can do' attitude, willingness to learn and expand knowledge and skills within the role, approachability, flexibility as to hours and the role itself, a practical/common sense approach.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with individuals at different levels of seniority in a matrix structure.
Excellent phone manner - internally and externally coupled with an ability to communicate clearly and to listen effectively.
First-class administrative skills, attention to detail and accuracy together with problem solving skills.
A commitment to self-development and continuous self-learning.
