Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Healthcare Specialist at Aster MIMS Calicut. The role will require working from the Eysines location, with flexibility to perform some responsibilities remotely. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for providing patient care, assisting in medical procedures, engaging in emergency medical tasks (EMT), and delivering hands-on training to healthcare associates. The role also includes effective communication with healthcare teams and patients to ensure the highest level of care.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in EMT and related emergency medical procedures is required
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and medical teams
* Foundational knowledge and expertise in general medicine and healthcare practices
* Experience in training healthcare staff and providing educational support
* Relevant certifications or licenses in healthcare or emergency medical services
* Ability to work in a hybrid environment with partial in-person and remote responsibilities
* Commitment to patient-centric care and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
