Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and communicative sales professional to cultivate customer relationships and drive business growth in the Kildare, Wicklow, and Carlow regions. This exciting opportunity requires a passionate individual with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to sales.
About the Role:
Key responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong customer relationships within an established client base, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge to new and existing customers, and proactively engaging with clients to identify and introduce new product lines.
Main Responsibilities:
* Diligently build and maintain strong customer relationships within an established client base.
* Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to both new and existing customers.
* Proactively engage with clients to identify and introduce new product lines.
* Follow assigned routes diligently to ensure effective coverage and compliance.
* Conduct regular market research to stay informed on competitor offerings and strategies.
* Manage stock levels, implement effective stock rotation, and place timely orders.
* Adhere to current cash control procedures.
Requirements:
* A full, clean driver's license is essential.
* 2 years of sales experience is preferred; however, we are open to considering candidates with less experience if you're the right fit.
* Agricultural knowledge is a plus but not a requirement.
* A proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
* Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to sales.
