Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our team, overseeing the delivery of high-quality care and support services.
Key Responsibilities:
* To ensure up-to-date Personal Plans, Risk Assessments and Behavioural Support Plans.
* To provide exceptional care and support to individuals in our care.
* To manage staff effectively, providing guidance and support as needed.
* To monitor service delivery across shifts, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
* A Degree in a Health or Social related field at Level 7/8.
* A valid Full Clean Driver's license.
* At least 3 years experience in a managerial role within a similar health or social care setting.
