Strategic Partner Marketing Manager Newbridge The Role: BnM currently has an opening for a Strategic Partner Marketing Manager to join our team. The Strategic Partner Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in deepening key stakeholder engagement, driving growth and reputation, by building strategic relationships with some of Irelands most influential organisations across energy, infrastructure, tourism and technology sectors. This role is responsible for building and implementing go-to-market strategies and programmes and orchestrating stakeholder communications that accelerate pipeline, influence awareness, adoption and advocacy with our key JV partners and other strategic collaborators. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders across communications and engagement, commercial, sustainability, operations, and senior leadership to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to partner strategies. This role will impact the company's success by driving marketing initiatives that increase project awareness and enhance brand experience. The main duties and responsibilities of the role will include the following: Strategic Partner Relationship Management: Serve as the primary marketing lead for strategic partnerships our key JV partners and other strategic collaborators. Develop joint marketing plans aligned to shared priorities and project objectives. Support partnership governance structures including steering groups, working groups, and quarterly business reviews. Build strong internal working relationships with senior leaders and cross functional teams to understand internal priorities, challenges, and opportunities and drive alignment and collaboration. Facilitate regular internal stakeholder reviews and alignment sessions and connect internal project teams with the Communications & Engagement function to ensure consistency. Manage budgets effectively and establish reporting compliance for funded partner activity. Manage agency relationships when external support is needed. Marketing Strategy & Execution: Plan and deliver integrated joint marketing programmes across digital, content, PR, events and strategic campaigns optimising the partnership. Coordinate joint messaging and value propositions tailored to each partners strategic agenda and develop co-branded assets as required, while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines for both organisations. Lead joint visibility opportunities including conferences, exhibitions, site visits, webinars, and national campaigns. Contribute to the annual Comms & Engagement marketing plan and translate complex RE project information into clear, engaging messages and campaigns. Campaign Delivery: Create partner toolkits, campaign briefs, event plans, press materials, presentations, visual assets and digital content supporting joint initiatives. Own and maintain joint brand guidelines and execution of JV branding on all touchpoints. Ensure relevant websites and online platforms are maintained and fully leveraged. Lead on launch events where partners play a key role. Work with internal teams to ensure alignment with organisational priorities such as decarbonisation, major project delivery, community investment, and public engagement. Performance, Insights & Reporting: Track KPIs for all partnership marketing activity including reach, engagement, sentiment, brand impact, and contribution to strategic objectives. Build dashboards, regular reporting cycles, and insights summaries for internal and partner stakeholders. Use data to optimise campaign performance and inform future strategic planning. What we're looking for: The ideal candidate will possess the following qualification, skills, knowledge, and attributes: Level 8 Honours Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related discipline essential. Professional qualification in project management desirable. 5 + years experience in partner marketing, strategic communications, or stakeholder engagement. Demonstrated ability to manage high level partnerships with large organisations. Strong skills in integrated marketing: campaigns, PR, content, events, digital, and brand. Excellent relationship building skills with senior stakeholders across multiple organisations. Experience coordinating multi stakeholder programmes in complex environments. Experience in energy, sustainability, public infrastructure, or government related sectors is desired. Experience collaborating with global tech leaders and/or major Irish semi state organisations. Understanding of Irelands energy transition ecosystem and national infrastructure priorities. PR, external affairs, or corporate comms experience is desired.
