Job Overview
The ideal candidate will join our contracting team to work on a number of major municipal and industrial design-build projects.
This position reports to the Design-Build Manager and is based in Citywest, Dublin with requirements to visit client sites around Ireland.
Main responsibilities include:
* Ensuring thorough knowledge and understanding of project deliverables and contractual requirements.
* Communicating effectively with the Project Manager throughout project execution.
* Collaborating with suppliers and subcontractors in meeting project procurement needs.
Additional duties include:
* Managing site activities carried out by the client and their subcontractors.
* Coordinating with other contractors working on the site.
* Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of company policies and procedures.
Requirements include:
* A B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent third-level qualification.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in project coordination of multi-disciplinary teams.
* Practical experience of managing and coordinating teams working in a construction site environment.
