Job Opportunity: Corporate Relationship Management Lead
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Corporate Relationship Management Lead to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in driving business performance through strong relationship development with existing corporate clients.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of Corporate Customer Relationship Managers.
* Develop and implement a customer development operating model for corporate employer relationships.
* Provide strategic direction and leadership within the corporate relationship management function.
* Work closely with large indigenous and multinational employers to identify cross-selling and growth opportunities.
Requirements:
* Proven expertise in corporate pensions and employee benefits, with at least 15 years of relevant experience.
* In-depth knowledge of the Irish corporate market and customer landscape.
* Experience managing relationships with large corporate and multinational organisations.
* Demonstrated ability to think strategically and implement change effectively.
* Exceptional influencing and communication skills.
* Relevant third-level qualification required.
