Responsibilities

* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project plans that meet market requirements and internal company goals
">
* Develop execution plans for projects, ensuring accountability for building schedules, inter-dependencies between disciplines, staffing plans, risk analysis and mitigation plans
">
* Manage project bounding boxes; schedule, scope, budget and staffing to ensure the project stays on track and within commitments
">
* Continually evaluate project risks and take appropriate action to mitigate
">
* Work with program managers to prioritize deliverables across all active and sustaining projects and customers
">
* Coordinate communications to ensure alignment across all cross-functional teams, optimizing performance at a project level
">
* Ensure the project is developed in compliance with specified internal, customer or industry standards, processes and procedures
">
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement by championing project management best practices and new methodologies within the organization
">
">
Requirements
">
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
">
Successful experience leading engineering teams, including successful experience with project responsibility
">
Strong interpersonal, communications, and organizational skills
">
Experience with IC product development from concept to release
">
Preferred Qualifications
">
">
* Extensive project management experience
">
* Experience with advanced CMOS RF/mixed-signal IC development
">
* Experience with software development
">
* Knowledge of RF wireless communication systems
">
* Proficient with project management software and related tools
