Civils Site Manager Job

INFORM3 is recruiting a Civils Site Manager for a top contractor working on residential projects in Offaly and surrounding areas.

This role requires the individual to be comfortable in a fast-paced work environment, possess excellent problem-solving, organisational and communication skills coupled with a high level of professionalism.

1. Assume overall responsibility for the successful delivery of projects
2. Deliver the work safely, without environmental incidents and to the specified quality without defects
3. Manage subcontractors and provide direct instruction and support as necessary such that contractual arrangements are achieved
4. Ensure the commercial performance of the contract is maximised
5. Produce and manage the project programme
6. Encourage and coach team members to develop their skills

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 10 years Industry experience delivering challenging civils projects. Experience on organising men and ordering materials Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of software Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills The ability to lead, manage and proactively participate in project teams Full Driving License
