* A multinational tech company in Cork are looking for an ERP Systems Support Specialist to join the team in Cork on a hybrid basis.
About Your New Job
* Handle support requests from Apple Sales personnel using the Sales Central system (ERP).
* Push the tech team to resolve issues if you cannot resolve them independently.
* Attend meetings and communicate effectively with internal teams.
* Rectify issues or escalate them by opening a ticket or holding a call with the tech team.
* Support approximately 4000 users across Europe.
What Skills You Need
* ERP System Experience essential
* Ability to take initiative and not wait for direction.
* SQL Experience - Proficiency in SQL is required.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal teams and stakeholders.
What's on Offer
* Competitive Salary: €37,000 - €43,000 per annum.
* 11.5-month contract.
* Based in Cork
