Purpose of the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring performance and promoting growth through direct line management of various services.
This includes overseeing kitchen, onsite restaurants, hospitality events, and vending operations to deliver highly customer-focused services that exceed expectations and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain effective lines of communication throughout the service.
* Monitor staff compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Sustain a team approach that recognizes individual contributions and promotes high staff morale.
* Record and track team training and progress.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A positive attitude and keen eye for detail.
* Experience in business management or a related field.
* Demonstrated high-quality customer service skills.
* A minimum of 1 year's experience at Catering Supervisor level or above.
