We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to manage the organisation and maintenance of physical records.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate record-keeping, efficient filing systems, and compliance with data protection standards.
Key Responsibilities: Organising and maintaining physical records and filing systems Scanning and digitising documents Performing accurate data entry into relevant systems/databases Managing archiving processes and document storage Ensuring compliance with GDPR and data protection requirements Supporting general administrative tasks as required Please note: This list is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned in line with service needs.
