We are now seeking an ambitious and guest-focused Duty Manager to join our leadership team and help drive operational excellence across the hotel.About the RoleAs Duty Manager, you will be a key member of the hotel's operational leadership team, supporting the day-to-day management of all departments while ensuring exceptional service standards throughout the guest journey.This is a hands‑on role for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys leading from the floor. While experience within Food & Beverage operations is highly desirable, this position offers exposure across the entire hotel, including Front Office, Accommodation, Conferences & Events, and Guest Services.The successful candidate will play an important role in developing teams, enhancing guest satisfaction, and supporting the overall success of the hotel.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the daily operation of all hotel departments, ensuring exceptional guest service standards are consistently achieved.Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for the smooth running of the hotel during assigned shifts.Lead, motivate, and support operational teams across Food & Beverage, Front Office, Accommodation, and Events.Drive service excellence by maintaining high standards of presentation, professionalism, and guest engagement.Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly, professionally, and effectively.Support the delivery of conferences, weddings, and special events to ensure memorable guest experiences.Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety requirements, licensing regulations, and brand standards.Assist department managers with training, coaching, and team development initiatives.Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Foster a positive, collaborative culture that reflects the values of Radisson Blu and The iNUA Hotel Collection.A Day in the LifeNo two days are the same as a Duty Manager. You may start your morning supporting the Front Office team during a busy departure period before assisting with a conference set‑up or leading an operational briefing with department supervisors.Throughout the day, you'll be visible on the floor, engaging with guests, supporting colleagues, resolving challenges, and ensuring every area of the hotel operates seamlessly. Whether assisting with a wedding reception, supporting a busy restaurant service, or helping a guest create a memorable stay, you'll be at the heart of the hotel's operation.What We Are Looking ForEssentialMinimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within a hotel environment.Strong operational knowledge of hospitality, ideally including Food & Beverage operations.Excellent leadership and team development skills.Exceptional communication and guest service abilities.Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast‑paced environment.Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.DesirableExperience across multiple hotel departments.Previous Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, or Food & Beverage leadership experience.Knowledge of hotel systems and operational reporting.Ambition to progress into senior hotel management roles.Why Join UsAt Radisson Blu Limerick, we believe our people are our greatest asset.
