About the Role
We are offering students in Built Environment Courses a unique opportunity to gain real-world engineering experience. This placement will enable you to develop your skills and knowledge in a practical setting.
The positions are available in our Engineering Department, where you will work on various projects. You will be based out of Cork or Tralee Office, working with Electrical Engineering, Civil/Structural Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering teams.
Our team designs, builds, and maintains vital services connecting people on behalf of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
As part of the operations team, you will assist the Project Manager with financial and programme performance for the project. You will track and analyze crew daily outputs, report to the wider team, and liaise with commercial staff for cost control purposes and profit and loss reviews.
As part of the design team, you will study the design brief, prepare provisional design mapping, identify special engineering difficulties, review survey outputs, and identify required site investigations and duct routes.
