We are now recruiting for a Porter to join our team at The Castleoaks Hotel.The RoleThe Kitchen Porter will support the chef and kitchen team in maintaining hygiene & cleanliness levels in the kitchens.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintaining a supply of clean ware / cooking ware & kitchen utensils at all timesResponsible for the cleanliness of the kitchens at all timesWork alongside the chef team to maintain HACCP standardsThe Hotel: One of Six properties within the Só Hotel Group, The Castle Oaks Hotel sits on the banks of the River Shannon, just a 5-minute drive from Limerick Castletroy, Limerick Plassey Technology Park, Johnson & Johnson Vision care and Limerick University.
