About Us
Hamilton Living Ltd. is a home fragrance manufacturing company creating high-quality products that bring style and comfort into people's homes.
We're a fast-growing business, and due to increased demand during the seasonal period, we're looking to bring in an enthusiastic Sales and Admin Assistant to support our team.
This is a temporary seasonal role, with the contract up for review after the Christmas period.
It's a great opportunity to join a growing company, gain hands-on experience, and work closely with our Sales Manager.
About the Role
You'll be supporting the Sales Manager with customer communication, email correspondence, order processing, and general admin tasks, as well as occasional purchasing support.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people on the phone and by email, is organised, and can quickly learn new systems.
Key Responsibilities
Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally and efficiently.
Managing email enquiries, responding promptly, and keeping correspondence organised.
Assisting the Sales Manager with sales orders, quotes, and customer follow-ups.
Using online systems to manage sales, inventory, and customer records.
Completing general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
Assisting with purchasing and supplier coordination when required.
Supporting the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations during the busy season.
What We're Looking For
2 years experience in sales or customer service is desired.
Strong phone and email etiquette with excellent communication skills.
Comfortable learning and using online systems and databases.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
Flexible and willing to assist with admin and purchasing tasks as needed.
Positive, team-oriented attitude and eager to contribute to a growing business.
