(Experienced Engineer)Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field3+ years data center design experienceChartered EngineerPrior project management experience; PMP/ Prince2What the job involvesAs a Design Electrical Engineer, you will lead design projects in operational data centers, that remediate issues, upgrade our existing infrastructure and add new servicesYou will be the 'go to' engineering resource for these projects and will provide lifecycle support from design through implementationPerform design and equipment submittal review for Data Centers in your regionInterface with internal and external data center design engineering team, server hardware team, environmental health and safety team, field engineering, and controls engineering to promote standards that maintain consistency and reliability in services deliveredWork on concurrent projects, sometimes in multiple geographical regions and act as a technical subject matter expert for your given disciplineSupport construction, commissioning, operations, and turnover. Are detail and data oriented with familiarity with design/construction processesHave experience managing engineering projects and engineering consultants.
