This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join Zenopa, a leading provider of high-tech medical diagnostics equipment in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver on-site technical support for complex electro-mechanical and fluidic diagnostic systems in hospitals across Leinster region.
* Perform preventative and corrective maintenance, system upgrades, and repairs to minimise downtime and ensure seamless operation of critical equipment.
* Respond to technical issues and resolve faults effectively from component-level troubleshooting to full system diagnostics, leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Provide technical training and support to customers, helping them get the most out of their systems and achieve optimal performance.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
* Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory, quality, and safety requirements, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
* Analyse service data and contribute to continuous improvement of service delivery and product performance, driving business growth and success.
Person Specification:
* A degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
* Proven experience in a field service or technical support role, ideally working with high-value capital equipment.
* Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with mechanical/electronic systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of customers and stakeholders.
* Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently in a field-based environment, with a proactive attitude towards innovation and improvement.
* Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the Leinster region.
* Fluent English speaker (verbal and written).

* Salary dependent on experience.
* €13,200 car allowance.
