Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality, member-focused support across the mortgage lifecycle
* Process and administer mortgage applications in line with internal credit policy and regulatory requirements
* Liaise with members, solicitors, valuers, and other third parties to progress mortgage cases efficiently
* Prepare and review mortgage documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Key Skills Required
* Third-level qualification in business, finance, or a related discipline (preferred)
* Previous experience in a mortgage, lending, or financial services environment
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Member-focused mindset with a high standard of professionalism
* Desire to develop a long-term career within the Credit Union sector
* Willingness to pursue or hold APA / QFA accreditation
