*Salary: €60,000 - €75,000 DOE* ProSource are recruiting on behalf of our client, a fast-growing multidisciplinary design consultancy based in Galway, for a Senior Civil Engineer to lead and deliver medium-large scale infrastructure projects nationwide for a variety of blue-chip clients.
Responsibilities As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will: Lead the design and delivery of civil and structural engineering projects, from initial concept through to completion.
Oversee site development works, including drainage, utilities, earthworks, and road design.
Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across projects.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians, supporting their professional development.
Engage with clients, contractors, and local authorities to ensure designs meet all technical, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Produce and review technical drawings, models, and specifications using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and BIM/Revit.
Deliver projects on time and within budget.
Conduct site visits and inspections.
Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: An Honours Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Level 8 or higher).
6+ years post-graduate experience in civil engineering design A strong portfolio of experience delivering medium to large-scale building and infrastructure projects.
Advanced knowledge of site development works, utilities, road design, drainage, and earthworks.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, with strong skills in Civil 3D and BIM/Revit highly desirable.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet strict deadlines.
A full driving licence and access to your own transport.
Experience liaising with local authorities and clients.
