Overview
Health Insurance - Customer Care Advisor. Sedgwick is seeking enthusiastic professionals with experience in health insurance to join our team. This is a fully remote role for candidates outside Dublin and a hybrid model for Dublin-based candidates, with Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM hours, ensuring evenings and weekends are free. Your Responsibilities
* Build relationships with insured individuals and clients
* Communicate with customers and other stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding
* Skilfully negotiate settlements and oversee claims
* Resolve complaints with empathy and proficiency
* Prepare meticulous claim forms and documents
* Maintain detailed records of actions and conversations
* Safeguard and update policy and claims data
Qualifications/skills
* Exhibit genuine empathy in all interactions
* Exceptional communication for effective connections
* Previous administration and phone experience
* Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks
* Navigate complaint resolution with poise

* Previous health insurance experience required
