Physical Design Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Physical Design Leader with expertise in Microprocessor Design and Design Techniques. You will lead the physical design team to create innovative designs.
About the Role
This senior role will challenge you as you balance power, performance, and area while meeting business objectives.
Your Responsibilities
* You will be the primary technical contact for your focus area.
* You will work closely with peers in technology reviews.
* You will represent the CPU Cores to executive management from a technical perspective.
* You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess complex technical issues/risks, and develop solutions.
* You will work with design teams for area and floorplan refinement, timing targets, and power targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* You should have excellent communication and presentation skills.
* You should be highly adept at collaboration among top-thinkers and engineers alike.
* You should have experience leading teams of senior engineers.
* You should have knowledge of current sub-micro technologies.
* You should have a solid understanding of Physical Design tools and flows or custom circuit design.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* An Electrical Engineering degree with 10+ years of experience is preferred.
