Job Title: Logistics Operations Coordinator
Manage and coordinate logistics operations, ensuring seamless delivery of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Procurement Systems and Data Management Services:
* Ensure accurate and timely procurement data management.
* Develop and implement effective procurement systems.
2. Procurement Advice and Support:
* Provide expert advice on procurement best practices.
* Assist in identifying potential suppliers.
3. Monitoring Performance of Suppliers:
* Evaluate supplier performance regularly.
* Identify areas for improvement.
4. Liaising with Line Manager to Identify Items with Contract Potential:
* Collaborate with line managers to identify items suitable for contract negotiation.
* Develop strategies for successful negotiations.
