Job Title
The Operations Supervisor will work supporting the Operations Manager to support the operations branch network within a leading financial institution across all branch locations. This role requires weekly travel to multiple locations and involves overseeing the daily branch operations, ensuring best practices, managing member queries and complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage office operations effectively to ensure optimum performance and operational cohesiveness within the team.
2. Implement plans to meet or exceed outlined targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
3. Reviewand assess KPI's with reports for improvements making timely adjustments.
