About the Role
You'll play a key role in developing and implementing paid social strategies that deliver measurable impact. As a strategic advisor to major clients, you'll shape long-term paid social approaches that align with broader marketing and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
Develop frameworks that drive client growth through paid social media and creative execution.
Translate audience, market, and platform insights into actionable strategies.
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure alignment between strategy and content.
Campaign Implementation & Optimisation:
Manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other platforms.
Oversee audience segmentation, creative testing, and budget optimisation.
Produce data-driven insights and performance reports to guide continuous improvement.
Client Communication & Collaboration:
Act as the main point of contact for paid social activity.
Present results and insights clearly and confidently.
Partner with internal teams to deliver cohesive and innovative campaigns.
About You
* 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns.
* Agency or client facing experience preferred but not essential
* Strong knowledge of platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Pinterest Ads.
* Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics 4 or Data Studio.
* Proven track record of achieving measurable ROI and managing budgets effectively.
* Experience with conversion tracking and attribution models.
