Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all reception duties, working as part of the wider Front Office Team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all reception duties, ensuring prompt and efficient handling of guest queries.
* Anticipate guests' needs and provide exceptional service to meet or exceed their expectations.
* Develop a strong working relationship with colleagues in your department and related departments.
* Answer the switchboard and hotel telephone according to company standards.
* Perform other tasks as required by the management team.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in a similar role in a 4* or 5* hotel.
* A strong knowledge and understanding of all standards of performance and delivery within front office departments.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
* Detail-oriented with a desire to progress within the luxury hospitality market.
* Fluent English language skills.
