**Job Opportunity:**
We are seeking a skilled professional to serve as a strategic business partner in our Sales Strategy and Operations team. This role will play a crucial part in the success of our BUILD and SCALE programs, driving growth initiatives through efficient execution.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing automation workflows that improve operational efficiency at scale. They will also possess strong cross-functional communication skills, with experience aligning stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Data teams.
About the Role
* Sales Strategy & Operations: Work closely with Program Leads and GTM leadership to ensure program scalability
* Business Partner: Translate program strategy into clear operational workflows and execution plans
* Data Insights: Design dashboards to provide real-time visibility into partner health, engagement, and pipeline performance
* Trend Analysis: Surface trends, risks, and expansion opportunities across the partner ecosystem
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have hands-on experience operating as a Business Partner or in a GTM-adjacent role. They must be able to leverage AI/LLM tools to scale operations efficiently.
