We're on the hunt for a seasoned Digital Marketing Expert to spearhead our marketing efforts across multiple channels.
This is a key role in our business, responsible for developing and executing campaigns that drive results. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from email and social media marketing to paid advertising and SEO.
Key Responsibilities
Email & SMS Marketing
* Create and manage email marketing campaigns that engage our audience
* Develop and implement automated email flows to nurture customer relationships
* Work with external partners to execute SMS marketing strategies
Social Media & Content
* Design and publish compelling social media content that resonates with our audience
* Plan and execute seasonal social campaigns aligned with our brand tone and messaging
* Manage our content calendar and ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints
Paid Advertising
* Collaborate with external partners to develop and execute Meta and Google Ads strategies
* Analyze performance data and provide insights to improve ROI
* Align paid content with organic campaigns and brand goals
Campaign & Brand Marketing
* Develop and execute marketing campaigns for new product releases, gifting periods, and other key brand moments
* Project manage photo shoots and create assets for social media and marketing materials
* Create radio ads and printed materials to support seasonal campaigns
Reporting & Analytics
* Track and analyze performance data across all digital channels
* Use insights to inform campaign improvements and optimize website conversions
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Retail & B2B Support
* Develop and manage in-store marketing materials and POS displays
* Support marketing initiatives for our retail stores, cafe, and production mill
* Collaborate with the B2B team to execute wholesale and trade marketing initiatives
Retention & Customer Experience
* Develop and execute loyalty campaigns and post-purchase journeys
* Ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints
* Provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 5+ years' experience in a digital marketing role
* Degree or post-graduate qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
* Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads
* Knowledge of SEO best practices and technical SEO
* Proficiency in design tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
* Strong copywriting, project management, and analytical skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
* Experience working with external agencies and partners
