Corporate Tax Compliance Senior Manager – Dublin
A leading Dublin-based professional services firm is seeking an ambitious Corporate Tax Compliance Senior Manager to join their high-performing tax team. This is a unique opportunity for a senior tax professional who wants to fast-track their career towards partnership while managing complex corporate tax compliance.
The Role
This senior role offers responsibility for managing corporate tax compliance for complex group clients, leading and mentoring junior staff, and acting as a trusted advisor to client finance teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, technically strong, and eager to take on increasing responsibility in a dynamic, fast-growing firm.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the preparation and review of corporate tax returns for large, complex groups.
Ensure full compliance with Irish corporate tax legislation and reporting obligations.
Act as the primary tax contact for senior client stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with audit and advisory teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
Mentor and develop junior tax professionals, building a high-performing team.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance compliance efficiency.
Keep abreast of corporate tax developments, legislation, and emerging issues.
Support business development and strengthen client relationships.
The Candidate
ACA, CTA, or equivalent professional qualification.
Strong corporate tax compliance experience (typically 6+ years), ideally with complex group structures.
Excellent technical knowledge of Irish corporate tax.
Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and lead a team.
Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset.
Ambitious, with a clear desire to progress to partnership.
