Role Objectives:
The WEP Clinical
Label Production Associate
plays a pivotal role in administering all secondary packaging and labelling activities at WEP Clinical's site in Ireland.
This position ensures that packaging operations consistently comply with clinical study protocols, regulatory requirements, and client expectations, while driving operational efficiency and maintaining the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do:
Experience in clinical trial packaging and labelling within a GMP-regulated environment
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for clinical packaging and study-specific labelling
Proven ability to develop, review and maintain label layouts, including text, graphics, barcodes and serialisation
Hands-on experience managing artwork version control and document control within quality systems
Experience creating, reviewing and maintaining Master Batch Records (MBRs) for packaging operations
Ability to develop and manage detailed material specifications for labels, cartons, inserts and other packaging components
Proficiency with ERP systems for Assembly and Bill of Materials (BOM) management (WEP or similar)
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Project Management, Regulatory, Quality, Procurement and suppliers
Experience supporting client and regulatory audits by providing documentation and responding to queries
High attention to detail with a track record of resolving discrepancies and ensuring compliance before production
What You'll Need:
Minimum 5 years' experience in secondary packaging and labelling within the pharmaceutical or clinical supply chain industry
Experience working with clinical trial materials and study-specific packaging requirements
Strong, practical knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards for packaging and labelling
Proven track record managing label artwork with strict version control and high attention to detail
Experience creating, reviewing and maintaining Master Batch Records (MBRs) and related packaging documentation
Proficiency using ERP systems for production scheduling, Bill of Materials (BOM) management and workflow optimisation
Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements in packaging and labelling operations
Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with Project Management, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Procurement and suppliers
Effective vendor and stakeholder management skills with a clear focus on regulatory compliance and data accuracy
Experience preparing for and supporting client and regulatory audits related to packaging and labelling activities
